Biography.
Evan is Managing Member of Behrens Investment Group and an independent director of Oppenheimer Holdings. His operating and investing experience spans industrial businesses, energy, transportation, restructurings, and public markets.
His earlier roles included Senior Vice President at SEACOR Holdings, Chairman of Trailer Bridge, and Portfolio Manager and Partner at Level Global Investors. He holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago.
His work focuses on capital formation, governance, and the financial discipline required as companies move from an initial commercial opening toward durable scale.
