A Royal Navy aviator, commander, and strategic forecaster who advises governments and companies on geopolitical change and resilient systems.
Biography.
Chris spent 36 years in the Royal Navy as an aviator and warfare officer. He commanded two destroyers, an amphibious assault ship, the United Kingdom Amphibious Task Group, and the Maritime Warfare Center. He also held three senior Joint and Ministry of Defense strategy and policy appointments.
After leaving the Royal Navy, he became the founding chair of the United Kingdom Marine Management Organization. He now advises governments, companies, and financial institutions on strategic change, future trends, and systemic resilience.
His work focuses on strategy, operational deployment, geopolitical change, and the institutional decisions that influence adoption in consequential markets.
